Order lunches online at your convenience.  

Canteen lunches are available on Wednesdays only.

How Does It Work?

Place your orders up until 9:15 am Wednesday

• Go to www.metrocanteens.com.au
• click “Register Now” in the Login box  
• Enter your child’s name, school and class
• Add funds into the pre-paid account

As purchases are made, the funds are taken from your pre-paid account. The account can be topped up again in the same way, or set to automatically top-up from your credit card when the balance falls below a pre-set minimum.  

Each order is sent automatically to the kitchen, where an easy-to-read label is produced with the student’s name, class and order details. The student simply picks up their pre-labelled lunch bag at the canteen without needing to bring cash to school.

What does it cost?

Registration for online ordering is free and the only additional cost is a 20c fee for each online order to pay for bags and labelling.

What if I have a problem?

Are my credit card details safe?

The online ordering system uses high-level security measures employed by major online baking websites. Your credit card details are processed by SecurePay www.securepay.com.au  who are an online payment gateway used and recommended by Australia’s leading banks. Your credit card details are not accessibly to anyone else, including the canteen or school staff.
