Hughes Primary School Curriculum

Hughes Primary School is currently implementing the new Australian Curriculum, with a specific focus on the introduction of English and Science in 2011 followed by Maths and History in 2012. The implementation of the Australian Curriculum in Geography, The Arts, Languages and Health & PE will follow. The teaching staff has been involved in extensive professional development on the Australian Curriculum led by the Curriculum Leadership Team which is composed of executive and teaching staff.
